1. Data Controller

2. Purposes and legal bases for processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
a) Current recruitment process
We process personal data required under applicable employment law for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process and taking steps prior to entering into an employment contract.
The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, in connection with Article 22¹ of the Polish Labour Code.
Where you voluntarily provide additional personal data which are not required under employment law, such data may be processed on the basis of your consent – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Providing additional personal data is voluntary and will not affect your participation in the recruitment process.
b) Future recruitment processes
If you separately consent to the processing of your personal data for future recruitment processes, we will process your application data for this purpose on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for a period of 24 months from the date of submitting your application.
Your consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time. Refusing or withdrawing consent will not affect your participation in the current recruitment process.
c) Establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims
Following completion of the recruitment process, we may retain personal data to the extent necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims arising in connection with the recruitment process, including claims relating to equal treatment or discrimination.
The legal basis for such processing is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Data processed for this purpose may be retained for up to 3 years, subject to a longer period where a claim or legal proceeding has been initiated before the expiry of that period.
3. Special categories of personal data
Please do not include in your application documents any special categories of personal data, such as information concerning your health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, or information concerning your sex life or sexual orientation, unless such information is specifically required by law or requested by us on a lawful basis.
4. Recipients of your personal data
Your personal data may be accessed by authorised employees and persons involved in the recruitment process.
We may also disclose your personal data to service providers supporting us in the recruitment process, including providers of:

recruitment and applicant tracking systems,

IT and hosting services,

e-mail and communication systems,

recruitment services,

legal services,
where such disclosure is necessary and subject to appropriate data protection arrangements.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, we ensure that appropriate safeguards required under the GDPR are in place, including an adequacy decision of the European Commission or Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable.
6. Retention of your personal data
Your personal data will be retained:

for the duration of the current recruitment process;

following completion of the recruitment process, to the extent necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, for up to 3 years;

where you consent to future recruitment processes – for up to 24 months from the date of submitting your application, unless you withdraw your consent earlier;

where a legal claim or proceeding is initiated – for the period necessary to resolve the matter and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data retained solely for the purpose of defending legal claims will not be actively used for future recruitment processes unless you have separately consented to such use.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to:

access your personal data and obtain a copy of them;

request rectification of your personal data;

request erasure of your personal data;

request restriction of processing;

exercise your right to data portability, where applicable;

object to processing based on our legitimate interests;

withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
8. Provision of personal data
Providing personal data required under applicable employment law is necessary to participate in the recruitment process where such data are required for the position concerned.
Providing any additional personal data is voluntary.
Consent to the processing of personal data for future recruitment processes is entirely voluntary and is not a condition for participating in the current recruitment process.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions concerning candidates based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect candidates.
