What will you be doing?
As a member of our multidisciplinary project team, you will co-ordinate BIM models across disciplines and ensure the quality and consistency of project information.
Your responsibilities will include:

BIM Co-ordination & Clash Detection: Co-ordinating models across multiple disciplines, identifying clashes, analysing technical issues and managing their resolution through to closure.

Model Management: Working independently with discipline models in Autodesk Revit and managing federated models for co-ordination and review.

Information Management: Managing project information, revisions and documentation status within the Common Data Environment (CDE).

Model Quality Assurance: Checking models for compliance with project standards, naming conventions, parameter requirements and data structures.

Co-ordination Meetings: Leading co-ordination meetings, communicating technical issues clearly and ensuring agreed actions are completed.

Problem-solving & Delivery: Identifying problems, proposing solutions and taking responsibility for the timely delivery and quality of assigned tasks.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking a diligent and highly skilled professional who meets the following criteria:

At least 7 years’ experience working on projects in a BIM environment, including multidisciplinary model co-ordination, clash detection, issue analysis and resolution.

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and the ability to work independently with discipline models.

Practical knowledge of Navisworks Manage or an equivalent tool.

A sound understanding of BIM standards and processes, including BEP, MIDP, TIDP, federated models, clash detection and model review.

Knowledge of CDE workflows and the ability to manage project information, revisions and documentation status.

The ability to assess model compliance with project standards, naming conventions, parameter requirements and data structures.

The ability to interpret design documentation and understand interfaces and dependencies between disciplines.

The ability to lead coordination meetings, explain technical issues clearly and follow up on agreed actions.

Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with responsibility for deadlines and the quality of your work.

A good command of spoken and written English

Additional Software: Knowledge of Dynamo, BIMcollab, Dalux, ACC/BIM 360, Solibri or similar tools would be an advantage.

Experience working on data centres, hospitals or industrial buildings would be an advantage.
