What will you be doing?
You will design and model building services systems for technologically advanced buildings, collaborating with our engineering team using Building Information Modelling (BIM).
Your responsibilities will include:

Design & Modelling: Creating and updating building services models using Autodesk Revit and other specialist software.

BIM Coordination: Supporting coordination between building services and other engineering disciplines.

Team Collaboration: Working with our specialists to complete agreed tasks accurately and within project deadlines.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a skilled and reliable freelancer who can work independently and communicate effectively with our team.

Autodesk Revit: Excellent working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.

Other Software: Good working knowledge of tools such as Autodesk Navisworks, AutoCAD, CADWorx, Plant 3D and FabCad MEP.

Microsoft Office: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Organisation & Reliability: The ability to manage your workload, meet agreed deadlines and deliver accurate work.

Communication: A collaborative approach and a good command of spoken and written English.

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
Freelance arrangements
