What will you be doing?
As a key member of our multi-disciplinary engineering team, you will ensure seamless project co-ordination and high-quality BIM dataset delivery for both live construction stages and competitive tender phases.
Your responsibilities will include:

BIM Modelling: Using advanced BIM software to produce collaborative, high-quality 2D and 3D models alongside their associated engineering drawings.

Co-ordination & Clash Detection: Coordinating MEP BIM projects, monitoring and checking for structural/services clashes, and producing comprehensive weekly clash reports.

Model Management: Coordinating and monitoring all incoming, outgoing, and shared models across project teams.

Stakeholder Liaison: Liaising closely with the BIM Manager, Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Supervisors to ensure technical alignment.

Site Visits: Conducting occasional site visits in Ireland as required to monitor progress, coordinate with on-site teams, and ensure design alignment with actual construction.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking a diligent and highly skilled professional who meets the following criteria:

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience modelling Mechanical or Electrical systems (MEP) within an engineering consultancy or contracting environment.

Technical Skills: Extensive hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit (specifically Revit MEP), Navisworks, and AutoCAD. (Knowledge of CADWorx, Plant3D, or FabCad MEP is a strong advantage).

Location & Eligibility: Must currently reside in Ireland with a full, unrestricted right to work without requiring visa sponsorship.

Language: Full professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

Key Competencies: Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a high level of accuracy and responsibility.

Background: A solid background in a Mechanical/Electrical trade or an engineering discipline is highly advantageous.
