Our approach to Architecture is very individual. We are listening to the client's wishes as well as to the possibilities and chances of the plot.
We try to unify all the criteria in terms of the function, design, cost, construction materials as well as the environmental impact on a unified project.
Our office is very international due to our workers from different countries, so it is also our Architecture. We take all the influences from our workes and can approach the project sometimes in an unexpected way.
Our approach is to find the most simple idea that unifies all the need, which will be further developed to a final design and construction project.

MULTIDISCIPLINARY DESIGN
In collaboration with our Structural and MEP Engineering partners, we can deliver full design services for projects in the residential, health, commercial and industrial sector.
All design services are provided using BIM methodology and technology.
FESIBILITY STUDIES
Our feasibility studies range from existing Site and Asset Analysis including potential development concepts, cost estimation and prognosis.
We thoroughly examine the site and/or asset conditions, prepare a development concept showing the development idea in 3D and a full report of the development potential and cost estimate.
PREFABRICATED
ARCHITECTURE
We are not fixed on one specific building method or material, however, in the last years, we discovered the advantages of prefabrication. So we tend to design our projects suitable for prefabrication and easy to assemble on site. This approach saves time, money, and produces higher building qualities with a lower environmental impact.
LEAD DESIGN AND
CONSTRUCTION
As Lead Designer we take the role of managing and coordinator the entire design process for your project.
With our design partners for Structural and MEP Engineering, we deliver full design and construction supervision services for your project.
In consultation and agreement with you we tender out and contract main contractors for the construction stage and support you during handover after completion of construction.
