    5) no more than necessary (adequacy);
    6) with attention to the accuracy of the data (accuracy);
    7) no longer than necessary (timeliness);
    8) ensuring adequate data security (security).

 

§3 Purposes, legal basis, and scope of data processing.

 

  1. We will process your data:
    1) for contact purposes, in order to provide you with a response to your message sent to us directly by email or via a form on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest in responding to you.
    2) for statistical and analytical purposes as well as for monitoring website traffic with the use of cookies on the basis of the Administrator's legally justified interests related to the correct operation and functioning of the website as well as to conducting website traffic analysis.

    1) if you send us an e-mail, we will process the data contained in it. Providing us with the data in an e-mail is done voluntarily. You can ask us to delete this data at any time.
    2) If you use the contact form on our website, we will process the data in the form of your e-mail address and name. Providing this data is a condition for us to respond to your request.

  1. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the final device, i.e. your computer, laptop, or smartphone, depending on which device you use to view the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time of storage on your terminal device, and a unique number.   2. Cookies are primarily for your convenience - by using them, the page load time is significantly reduced on subsequent visits.
