Newmarket Square is a multi-functional complex being built on the site of the former IDA Ireland Small Business Centre at Newmarket Square, Dublin 8. The project will comprise 413 rental apartments and a 151-bed hotel. Frescon, on behalf of BAM Ireland, prepared 4D simulations which were used in the tender process. The tender animation included: a presentation of the layout of the material storage areas and the social space for employees.  In addition, the presentation showed the process of transportation of construction elements and the entire process of construction of the building, including the façade.
